Overall a satisfactory stay
The suite was cleaned well and pleasant, and the location was quite nice. The spot on the balcony was also really nice to have.
A pipe in the bathroom had a hole so there was a sewage smell in the bathroom. The service was also quite slow. We had to call quite a few times to get a response / get someone to come to our door. Additionally, finding a parking spot was a bit of a hassle - it would be good to have as many parking spots as there are rooms.

What was the highlight of Al Hamra Village Hotel
Comfortable with a few sight seeing spots around town. Perfect for a weekend get-a away.
Hotel is fairly easy to reach. Room is cosy and comfortable. Definitely the balcony, it's a plus for sure. Beach is nearby, though direct access would help however, passing through Al Hamra residences wasn't any issue.
Service. For a 4 star hotel the service is extremely poor. they need to up their game. Parking is a little bit of an issue when the villas are fully booked. Especially when you have inconsiderate people parking you in. Quality of the food for the breakfast/brunch can be better....

Very Good
I love the place, staffs are friendly , Ms. Rawna from front desk is very accommodating . Very polite.
The floors are dirty even the balcony. Shower curtain is dirty wt stain.under bed is very dusty that caused my nose irritation. .
